Camp Renegade, hosted by Renegade Running, was a week long, free running camp for high schoolers in the Bay Area. We hosted 50 runners and welcomed all abilities. I had the privilege to lead the injury management workshop and teach runners how to reduce their risk of injury.

Renegade Running Wellness Wednesday
Renegade Running is a retail running speciality store based in Oakland, CA. Their mission is to build a running community around diversity and inclusion. I had the privilege of leading the first Wellness Wednesday of Fall marathon season, for the Oakland community to learn about management and prevention of Achilles tendinosis.
Columbia RunLab
Anh started her running gait analysis journey as a DPT student at Columbia University’s RunLab clinic. One of RunLab’s core values is community outreach by partnering with organizations such as Wounded Warriors Project, NYRR Young Runners, and Back on My Feet.

As a physical therapist and running gait analysis expert at REVO Physiotherapy in Boulder, CO, Anh organized the company’s first running injury workshop. She bridged a partnership between REVO and Lululemon to sponsor her event of 50+ participants.
